National Monitoring and Evaluation Mechanism - NMEM is an open access system that guarantee’s – operational integrity, accountability and adherence to rule of law for all state and none state actors within the humanitarian and social works sectors Nigeria. NIHA through NMEM shall at all-time use constitutional means to pursue its gate keepers mandates using NMEM which includes: Process monitoring,
Compliance monitoring, Context monitoring, Beneficiary monitoring, Financial monitoring, Organizational monitoring, Results monitoring, Evaluation process, impact, outcome and summative through which the overall effectiveness of international, national and community programs are monitored and evaluated to determine if the projects are being run as intended and if it is reaching the intended audience.
NMEM shall review, rate and make far reaching recommendation to beneficiaries, benefactors and others relevant state authorities – local and international on both institutional and programs status.
Easy Access to fertilizer Program is digital distribution platform that guarantee easy access of all kind of fertilizer to farmers in rustic communities where bureaucracy of state initiatives delay timely intervention. The process captures key data of subscribers like geo – location, contact information, individual biometrics and fertilizer type. All subscribers must collected verified certificate from their local chiefs.
The advantage of the program to subscribers are far reaching as all products are guaranteed to get to Subscribers at good rate, good condition, good pricing and in some instance at no cost if they are purchase as donation with support from individual or institutions. Eligible subscribers are embodied in clusters, clusters are operation within the supportive administration of the community royal chiefs in his palace. To be eligible, a cluster must subscribe to a threshold of 600 bags fertilizers.
The program mode of operation exist around four operational theme: (1) subscribers data (2) payment system, (3) distribution system and (4) General administration.

The Nigeria Humanitarian Action (NIHA) Advocacy and Awareness Programme is a change catalyst that provide our members and stakeholders with the tools, voice and platforms in which they can effect change around their program area. The program deploys its advocacy strategies in principle of advocacy charter through clarity of purpose.
This principles are embodied in our advocacy and awareness aims and objectives capture in the under listed theme: Independence, Confidentiality, Person Centered Approach, Empowerment, Equal opportunity, Accountability and Accessibility. The Advocacy and Awareness Programme (AAP) as it lead campaing for 2021 – 23 pilot project year. The selected campaign are: Malaria Eradication Campaign Themed – join us pursue malaria from Naija and National Compaign Against Drug Abuse etc .
Person with Disabity Support Programme is an intergrated programmes put together to promote the effective and full implementation of the United Nationa Convection on the Rights of Person with Disability(UN CRPD) in Nigeria, as well as advocating for glabal responsibility for persons with disability, through the active and coordinated involvement of representative organisations of persons with disabilities at the national, regional and international levels.
